ARS-5X ALFA PLUS is a high-capacity seed and grain cleaning machine designed for industrial use, combining pre-cleaning, precision screening, and specific gravity separation systems within a single compact structure.
2. Working Principle
The product is evenly fed via the Machine Inlet Drum and conveyed to the pre-cleaning unit by the elevator system. During the pre-cleaning stage, coarse impurities are removed while the aspiration system extracts light particles. After dimensional cleaning through precision screens, the product is transferred to the gravity table unit where final quality separation is achieved based on specific weight differences.
