Three-Deck Precision Cleaning and Screening Machine
The Agrotech Three-Deck Precision Cleaning and Screening Machine is designed for cleaning, screening and size-based separation of cereals, legumes and similar dry granular agricultural products.
It combines a powerful vacuum suction system with three screening decks to remove weak and lightweight grains, foreign impurities and smaller particles.
Unlike the two-deck version, this configuration includes an additional screening deck, allowing the processed product to be classified into three different size fractions.
Operating Principle
Incoming products enter the vacuum cleaning section, where powerful suction removes weak, lightweight grains and foreign materials.
The vacuum cleaning process is repeated five times to provide thorough cleaning.
The product then passes through three screening decks. Smaller particles pass through the screen openings and are separated beneath the screening surfaces.
The three-deck system enables the product to be separated into three different sizes according to its dimensions.
Powerful Vacuum Cleaning
The vacuum system is designed to remove lightweight impurities and weak grains from dry agricultural products.
Repeating the vacuum cleaning operation five times helps achieve more comprehensive cleaning during processing.
